Selena Gomez 'following beau Justin Bieber with own perfume launch'
London, July 20 (ANI): Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber’s debut fragrance has generated over 1.88 million pounds in sales in its first month of release and the success is inspiring his girlfriend Selena Gomez to launch her own fragrance line.
Gomez is teaming up with adventure-themed lifestyle brand Adrenalina to create her currently untitled product, which will hit shelves in 2012.
“I’ve been working on my fragrance for almost a year now. I’m excited, (because) it’s something I’m interested in… I’m already doing the whole process of smelling things and designing it and the campaign and everything, so it’ll be fun,” The Daily Star quoted the 18-year-old singer as telling E! Online.
“We are incredibly enthused to be working with Ms. Gomez and will reveal more details pertaining to the fragrance as we get closer to the launch date,” Adrenalina boss Ilia Lekach said in a statement.
