"Approximately two years ago we embarked upon the redevelopment of our leading traffic and financial management tool , and this release is a major step, and just the first of a series of releases we have planned for the remainder of 2011" stated fp founder and CEO Chris Wilson. "Having originally been developed in an early version of PHP and mySQL, Alon (our VP of Technology) had been pressing me, telling me we needed to redo the back-end of the system. I'm happy to report that we have now succeeded in putting the tools in place to allow the future development of advanced web interfaces such as easy loading of time sheet entry screens, views of staff utilization, and graphical components to represent current project loads."
Function Point has been strategically re-writing its workflow management software with a focus on providing small to medium sized creative and design firms a business tool that will help increase profitability and ease the burden of clerical and financial work for service companies who want to maximize their billable time.
By developing the new task management and timeline components of the system along with financial views, the company is not only trying to simplify the traffic manager's job, it is trying to provide everyone in the agency with a view into the work that they are doing.

Quickbooks Invoice Manager is a great way to keep track of estimates and invoices. Like the other Intuit products I use, it was easy to install and customize to my individual needs.
Invoice Manager is a lot more professional, not to mention faster, than using a spreadsheet. More importantly, it cuts down on the time it takes to turnaround a client estimate and it keeps me on top of my billing.

Not only does this software create, manage, store, and organize my estimates and invoices, but it is extremely easy to use. It reminds me of details I would ordinarily forget, catches errors, creates reports, and shows me how my business is running. It also helps me stay on top of billing and collections.
